Our Process
Referral or Inquiry
A case manager, agency, family member, or individual reaches out to us directly or submits a referral form
Screening & Intake
We conduct a thorough intake process to ensure the right fit — reviewing eligibility, needs, and readiness for independent living.
Placement
Once approved, the member is placed in a safe, fully furnished home and introduced to house guidelines and expectations.
Moving Forward
Members build the confidence, skills, and independence needed to take their next step — whether that's permanent housing, employment, or continued personal growth.
